Well, I went out and voted today. Turnout was steady, but nothing like it was for last year's presidental election. I feel quite good about today. I know the polls are close but I have my predictions listed below:

All the talk in Washington lately has been about the “nuclear option” available to Senate Republicans to end the Democrats’ filibustering of President Bush’s judicial nominations to the Federal Appellate Courts throughout the country.
First off let’s list the real reasons why the Democrats would bother doing this in the first place.
