Interview with Circuit City

CCLogo2.jpg

Just got back from my interview with Circuit City. This was for an internal auditor position at their corporate headquarters here in Richmond, VA.

I really enjoyed meeting everyone there and it sounds like a great position for an entry level job applicant like myself to start at.

I should hopefully know something either by tomorrow or Monday at the latest.

The interview process itself consisted of several things:

- The first step was to take a timed aptitude test. This was approximately 15 minutes in length and just tested speed and accuracy in answering simple questions.

- The next step was to take a more subjective test to determine analytical thinking skills.

- The third step was to take a personality profile test.

- Next, I met with four different auditing supervisors from various auditing departments for a face to face interview. This involved discussing the position as well as question and answer periods.

- I then met with the auditing department manager who talked more in detail about the position as well as the company in general.

- After that, I went back to speak with the recruiter and then the process was finished.
